How long does delivery take?

Your order is dispatched from Poland, and delivery times vary by country. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will look into it.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free to Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. Orders to other countries are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns and refunds page for how it works.

Do I need a power outlet?

Only to charge it. Once charged, it works anywhere.

What is in the box?

Coffee maker, charging cable, ground coffee holder, capsule holder, powder spoon and instruction manual.
