Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

How to return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please send the item back unused where possible and with its accessories.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with photos and a short description. Customers in the EU are also protected by a legal guarantee of at least 2 years for faulty goods under their national consumer law.
